When your order is placed your shirts will be custom printed. We try our best to have your order processed, printed, inspected and packaged as quickly as possible. Depending on the queue your order could take 5 to 10 business days to ship. Shipping then takes between 3 to 7 additional days. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee delivery dates.
International shipping is available for to select countries. If your country is not on the list and you would like to place an order, please contact us.
Transit time for shipments is 1 week on average.
On international orders please note we are not responsible for any customs charges.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as expected. If there’s a defect with the printing or product we will exchange, as quickly as possible, the item(s) at no cost to you. If sizing is not right we’ll be happy to do a one time courtesy exchange of your shirt(s) for the correct size free of charge.
Because our products are custom printed, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Returns and exchanges must be delivered to us within 14 days of the date you received the item(s). [Ex: If you received your order on the 1st of the month, it would need to be delivered back on our end by the 14th.] Clearance items are non-returnable.
For refunds, a credit, less the shipping costs, will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 to 14 days.
Returned goods must be delivered to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received or may not be eligible for a refund. We cannot be held responsible for items lost in return shipment. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your return to be processed.
Once your return or exchange is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange. If you are approved, then your refund or exchanged will be processed.
For exchanges, you will be sent an invoice for the return shipping costs. Once paid your replacement order will be processed.
